BIO

Trained at HEAD, Haute école d'art et de design, Geneva and a graduate of HEAR, Haute école des Arts du Rhin, Strasbourg,
Nelly Zagury lives in Paris.

Through drawing, painting, and sculpture, her work explores the timeless bond between femininity and ornament. Inspired by Ancient,  Mediterranean and Eastern cultures, she creates visual narratives that intertwine her dreams, the sacred, and surrealism.

She has exhibited at Selebe Yoon (Dakar), Mash Gallery (Los Angeles), The Chimney (New York), the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Paris), and the Musée de l’Œuvre Notre-Dame (Strasbourg).
In 2024, her works joined the Cynthia Sears Collection (BIMA, Washington), and she took part in La Force au Féminin Gala Auction (The Glasshouse, New York).

She has been in residence at Poush, Selebe Yoon, Massa Stories, Le Wonder, Les Roches Brunes, and in 2025, supported by the Matanel Foundation. She teaches jewelry art history and drawing at the BJO, Haute École de Joaillerie de Paris.
